Following her silent appearance at the Chanel S/S12 Haute Couture show on Tuesday (pictured), Vanessa Paradis has denied the claims that her relationship with Johnny Depp is over yesterday.

Appearing on the television chat show Le Grand Journal to promote her new movie Cafe de Flore, Vanessa said "People say we are buying houses in the middle of nowhere, or that we have fifty two houses in France. And that is along with saying we split up every winter and get married every summer, and that I'm on my twelfth pregnancy."

Do they?

It had been alleged that Vanessa and Johnny, who have two children together, Lily-Rose, 12, and Jack, nine, had been 'living separate lives' and that Johnny has sought legal advice concerning a separation.

French presenter Marc Denisotthen then asked her, "Why don't you respond to the rumour and put an end to it? Is the rumour false?'

To which Vanessa responded "Yes it's false - of course it's false."

Let's hope so, Vanessa. We need some news to restore our faith in marriage post Heidi Klum/Seal bombshell this week. What is going on?

Johnny Depp and the children are all currently believed to be in Los Angeles.
